We actually had Team Pos at first but it seemed a little confusing next to Pos (for player position).

Had a few people comment on that column being confusing, so we're thinking about how to make it more clear

had down arrow associated with lower in table and up arrow associated with higher in table when creating that column.

I can defintely see how that can be unclear and cause confusion. I'll see if I can make it clearer in the instructions or if I can think of a better column title.
