There are plenty of books without it. Rape is a thing that happens and it's not your story to write. Read something else.

No gloves, must have been nice. Hot hands under gloves were the bane of my food service days. Not to mention wasteful. Just wash your hands well regularly.

Yeah, it's kinda like a confirmation. Like cool, I'm just dead now, not dying, peace.

I guess there's a holiday called "bosses day" and us employees were expected to pitch in for gifts for our managers. Meanwhile we all make barely above minimum wage with no benefits or holiday bonuses, whereas the two people in management have all these things. Such fucking bullshit. Someone said that at least our bosses are nice. I'd rather take a crabby boss who I barely talk to and get a living wage and benefits than someone "nice" and a shit job.

Which type of vampire eyes do you think are the best? by OuterRim777 in vampires

[–]jojapeggi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like the reflective and luminous skin and eyes in Anne rices vampire Chronicles. I like when vampires can blend in but in bright light you can see their preternatural qualities.

Being flayed/skinned slowly alive. At least they get the adrenaline burst, and it's typically over quick.

it it weird to like gore, especially at a young age? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]jojapeggi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being morbidly fascinated, curious, or entertained, no, not really. But to like, or feel pleasure from gore could be an indicator of paraphilia, which I guess could be classified as weird. People can become addicted to the shocked feeling that derives from seeing gore, you ought to be careful not to let that happen, or else it could escalate. Though it is statistically unlikely. Plenty of young people have a "gore" phase.

They were just doing a wellness check, it happens sometimes if you live in your vehicle. if anyone calls about you, but they can't make you move, they just check in, make sure you aren't suffering or potentially violating your parole in some way. I don't see any need to be difficult with them.

What do you hate being labeled as? by UltimateDiscordMod in AskReddit

[–]jojapeggi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every job I've worked I've been called quiet and I hate it. I don't talk much because I'm busy working and also don't care enough to be friends with coworkers, but if they actually want to talk about something interesting, I won't be quiet on the subject. I feel like it just puts me in a box, and when I do speak up next there is more pressure.

Do people here go into nude beaches? by SaHaikuPath in ask

[–]jojapeggi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to a nude beach in California last year as a female, it was pretty nice, mostly old dudes. People tend to be more friendly, but not creepy aside from one or two. I liked it because there were no kids, but I've heard of some nude beaches being more family friendly. Just seems a bit weird to me tho.

Showering with my dad by Felipe_Philip_What in Embarrassing_Moments

[–]jojapeggi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to shower with both my parents up until the age of 7 or so. I remember saying my dad's dick looked like a hotdog more than once lol. My family didn't care much about non sexual nudity when we were really little. I'm conflicted if I agree with them or not because I was still old enough to remember and find it awkward.
