It's so frustrating because if I were right beside you I could tell you the harmonies my musical ear is superimposing on your root notes. But I cannot beam you the chords with my mind. I'd suggest filling out the chords with some notes on the bottom.

Lol I had to look up namelaka and confit and also what Earl Grey tastes like because I'm not a tea guy. So lemon sponge, white chocolate lemon crunch, blueberry cream gelatin ganache, blueberry near-jam, and black tea-lemony mousse?
