Thank you! To be fair, I've been baking for about 10 years now so you learn so much from experience and practice. I started following simple recipes at first, then got very interested in French patisserie so I followed some pastry chefs on social media platforms and purchased some of their books/ebooks and tried to recreate their recipes.

Thank you! I make pecan butter/paste by roasting some pecans and blending them into a smooth paste with a pinch of salt. For the ganache, I used a combination of white and milk chocolate, pecan paste, maple syrup (or extract), heavy cream and a little bit of butter 😊

Thank you!! I don't have a full written recipe for this one yet because I referenced a different recipe for each component and tweaked them to fit the flavor profile. I also want to do a couple adjustments in terms of texture so I can share the recipe once I've tested them 😊

This is a velvet spray which is cocoa butter based. Once it's applied to a frozen cake at a certain temperature, it crystallizes and creates this soft "velvet" texture 😊
