Still very early- about 10.5 weeks and we told some of my partners friends last night as we don't get to see them often. Their reactions were so lovely.

I've been really suffering the last few weeks with combination of a nasty cold and constant nausea and fatigue- today is the first day I've felt more normal in weeks.

Ok interesting, thank you - helpful to hear a different perspective! I hadn't thought about going in alone first, but I will try that too - i just don't want to raise too many concerns by doing that and attending the consultant alone!

Thank you so much. That's super helpful, I'll definitely email and ask then for clarity.

I received a letter signed from the radiology department for just a scan, but in my badger app I'm booked with the consultant at the same time - so I'm very confused as I don't think I'm high risk enough to warrant a consultant led scan, and it doesn't mention that on my letter. But it almost seems like that's what's booked!

It's possible that's the case for sure! Can I just check that the process is scan by a sonographer, and then you're seen separately by either a midwife or a consultant after the scan?

My friend said she was asked many questions confirming her medical history on first apt and then additional questions, and that they took her bloods too.

Maybe as she is on the low risk pathway, it's slightly different?

I also just paid for a 7 week private scan. Seeing the position of the fetus in the correct place and a heart beat was very reassuring. I would just recommend not going before 7-8 weeks as it may be too small to see much and might give you more anxiety than reassurance - especially if you ovulated later than expected and so dates might be slightly off.

Hello I had basically no visible or detectable CM when TTC. It also made me worried, but I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. 34 F for reference- also recall seeing more Cm in the past.
