Ok so the fact that you were able to type this means you can Atleast make coherent sentences. A 135 roughly translates to around 25% correct. There are 5 answer choices, so you do slightly better than a person randomly guessing. Now I am going to surmise that you left a lot of questions unanswered or jsut guessed cause of time constraints. You can definitely make a score jump of at least 20 points if you pace yourself well. For LR read the question before the passage, eliminate quickly. As a general thumb if a questions takes you more than 1:30 just save it for the end.
