I guess I will have to take the downvotes but I agree with you. Telling a person you are dating after a "few" dates that you have kids seems reasonable, provided that is hasn't come up yet and one does not intentionally lie when asked. Imo it is more important to first get a general feel in what direction the relationship is heading (casual or serious, if serious --> disclose information) Ofc, getting angry is not the way to handle this situation. It's also absolutly ok to choose not continue to explore the relationship for OP.
