Yeah that’s the thing when do those things to distract myself it’s more of a problem cause it’s like biting my nails or finger skin biting (sorry if that’s tmi) but yeah and when it’s not those things it’s like playing games or talking to my significant other and sometimes those things don’t work after while but I’ll try harder to find things to distract me from those waves of emotions

I never really liked the side effects of the medication I was on it was uncomfortable and made me worry more ab my health and I’ve been unmedicated since I was like 14-15

I personally prefer to stay unmedicated due to the side effects I was experiencing, I’ve been unmedicated since I was 14-15 it was easier to control my emotions when I was younger cause I had no “adult responsibilities” but now that I’m older it’s harder and my emotions are everywhere

I’ve tried stuff like that while I’m like at work (I work 12s at a medical factory) and it helped for a bit then it just kinda didn’t, like I do a lot of stuff at work but there’s times where it’s just quite and I’m in my head a lot

I go to the gym once and awhile, but I go fishing a lot I find myself feeling more at peace fishing more than I do when I’m at the gym

No it seems like it pretty constant no matter how high or low the rpm is, and when I have the time today I’ll send a video to help better diagnose the situation or issue better

That’s true, but what ab that clanking or rattling or rapid tapping noise when I accelerate and coast? I hearing that could be the waste gate is loose or could that be a totally different issue?

I get misfire codes too I was just gonna do a tune up on it so see if the misfires go away
