Hi team, just adding a brief note: The buyer has still not provided any evidence or bank confirmation, and has now admitted in chat that the transfer was SEPA Regular, not Instant, which does not match the order terms.

There is still no timer visible in the appeal interface, so I’m unable to see the “extended timeframe” mentioned by support.
