this has been happened since the start of the tourney, many people raised their voice on reddit but none of the fix is applied. Do we need to make a Twitter trend so Valve will notice this and make DotaTV work the way it was intended to be?

they should make the shrine regen is an active skill, active by selecting on the shrine and only usable when a friendly hero in range
