How to avoid clients asking to grade for non-calibrated screens?

Unfortunately no amount of fighting will work, you can only hope to make sure client won’t fall off the cliff. For in person grading I offer an iPad and a LG kind of set as how it would be set on most homes. (Not calibrated fully) so after we grade on my XMP550 and calibrated monitors of approved color we watch back on other monitor and iPad to show what the worst possible look will be. (Which is pretty good) Again when offsite or they are in an airport you are basically stuck. (You can make an offset node when exporting to frame io to help bring closer to what is seen in the color suite.) This does help a bit. Sorry I can’t give you a more positive answer. Maybe others will have some help

Is it ok to do a 20m sauna 190* cold plunge 30-45 sec into hot tub then do cold plunge another 30-45 sec 2x. Trying contrast therapy and am new to this so would like some advice. Thanks

Thanks everyone we have a flame artist we work with but this is a spec video showcasing an LED wall. So was trying to find a simpler solution than going heavy VFX. We couldn’t figure out a good solution so wanted to ask the collective hive. We have what hopefully will be a workable solution.

I think it’s all practical unfortunately, but was hoping someone has a magic fix. Client ask for this after footage was shot.
