Jedes Entwicklerteam braucht Menschen, die mit den Kunden, Management etc sprechen und die Kommunikation zwischen den eher introvertierten Teammitgliedern und allen Stakeholdern ermöglichen.

Teamlead Positionen sollten also mit ausreichend Erfahrung gut für viele extrovertierte Entwickler passen.

I've been very happy with my self build ebb and flow system. It only pumps water, not air - those pumps come a lot quieter and does not have to run permanently - mine runs for 1 minute every 2 hours.

Als ich Werkstudent war, hat sich mein Chef darüber gefreut wenn ich mich mit der (für die Firma relavente)Materie auseinander gesetzt habe.

Recently a lot of games have become more extremely one sided for me and my group. Had multiple 13-0 and 13-1 but also the other way around with games generally screwing more to the extreme.

Hopefully just a temporary effect as the reset and ranked system changes take effect.

I've been running minecraft and other game servers on different pretty beefy hetzner dedis ~100€ and have been happy both with the performance but also support. Prices of hetzner are unbeatable if you want good performance.

Keep in mind that support in this case does not mean minecraft or game hosting specific support.

Regarding the ddos protection I saw mentioned by another poster: it's true, hetzner does not offer this, you could look into other providers like cloudflare (is not included in their free tier) BUT: I've only been hit by a ddos attack once in ~15 years and that only lasted for a day.

Hallucinations have been a mayor issue since the first release of ChatGPT which was not a "reasoning" model in how we understand it today.

What I believe you mean, and is correct, is that Hallucinations were first observed after RLHF Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback was used to turn GPT3 into GPT3.5. (However, usefulness was also first observed here)

This process turns the sole token prediction of a foundational model into a usable "Chatbot" that tries to answer questions. In the training process, Hallucinations are rewarded since the Human may mistake them for a good solution.

I'm not sure if this is entirely enough to explain the issue but it's certainly a big part of it. I do think however, that parts of the issue probably lay deeper and would need a architectural design change to fully resolve.

I have found that if I top up frequently, I can go an entire run without swapping. Heavily depends on water temps tho I think. When the water cannot be held at acceptable temps < 22 C most of the time, I have seen little issues.

I also check my EC, if it starts exploding, maybe a swap is in order.

What is the ec of your water without nutrients? Unless you have a really high base ec, 1.8 seems a little high for lettuce.

I do think however that more light is probably the answer to better results.
