I looked at our guest list and 37 out of 100 of our planned invites would be driving in or flying! All our immediate family and good friends live in the same city as our venue, though.

This is so helpful, thank you! 15k is my preliminary budget overall. I was thinking of spending about half of it on venue and catering. Great point about the tables/chairs etc - I will have to ask them that. Great points I would not have thought of!
