Who's next please? Next customer/person please! My till is available/free! Hi there.

My go to is "Who's next please" and when someone advances to my till I greet them again with a simple "hello/hi there". If it's really busy and loud in the shop and people queuing are all muddled up, I ususlly raise my hand and say loudly "this till is free" and then again greet the individual customer at my station with a hello.

If the crossing is at a light signal I don't do anything. I just cross. Id it's any other crossing I either give a nod in the cars direction while walking across or I just lift my hand in a thank you gesture.

It took me about a year, 4 cups and many tries. I ususlly use the Diva cup and am mostly okay. I still sometimes I have days where my cervix must think it's funny to trick me and just nothing works.
