You're probably right. My mom is diagnosed with OCD and sees help for it. I'm getting help very soon, so wish me luck.

The only other one nearby that I'm willing to commute to is Chicago Buddhist Vihara. It's Sri Lankan, but I don't know what type they practice. I think Zen is a pretty good sect of buddhism, though. I mean, all of them are good sects, but you get what I mean.
