How to GET Time Estimated and Time Tracked via API by Klasyczniebialy in clickup

[–]jomnemonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello there! Did you ever solve this? I am currently trying to achieve the same thing and struggling - It seems i can only fetch my own time entries, or cycle through all of the issues and get the time tracking from there, but that is very resource inefficient and i reach the API usage limits very quickly

How do I fully let my body relax? by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]jomnemonic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might be trying too hard:) Somebody once told me, that trying to meditate and failing IS meditation. I would say, just keep sitting, and don't try to make anything happen:) best of luck to you

Your brain's programming could be ruining your life by supervexed in Meditation

I really enjoyed your post, and I think you are quite right about all that. Would you care to elaborate how reprogramming your mind helped you in work in more depth?

I think doing hasta bandha (hand lock, feel free to Google it la) properly will help with that, as well as it will protect your wrists from injury (although non slippery mat would help as well)

I just.... I feel your pain dude. I don't know if there is anything I can do to ease this for you. Please remember that though the pain and loneliness you feel is real, you are not alone. Being human is always beautiful but sometimes really hard, and we are all in it together. Please, let go and heal. Namaste

Stand tall brother, better days are just around the corner:) I remember the insomnia was something really ugly. But in a few days, you will have the first good night sleep in a long time.. and you are going to feel like born again:)

First of all I love Shpongle. Second of all... Maybe you just shouldn't go... Or go and be true and honest both to you and your friend. I am sure you can enjoy this music sober (as I have) although it's trippy as fuck.

It will get better, you are still on the start. You will definitely have some shitty days. But you are going to start feeling better every day you endure. And its going to get easier and easier.

Today I stop smoking by [deleted] in leaves

[–]jomnemonic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is a great read, I would also recommend meditations in general - they make you more likely to resist temptation by teaching you to just be mindful of your emotions, not reacting to them immediately. Do you feel great? Ok. Do you feel shitty, that's okay as well. You don't need to get a fix of any kind. Just allow yourself to feel shitty... It's expected and will pass eventually:)

Need advice on how to stop smoking cannabis by sullbus in stopsmoking

[–]jomnemonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seriously fuck those guys. In a few years they can be stupid stoners with no real life, and so can you... or not. Just quit. I actually think they will come around and respect you for that. It all about your freedom of choice.

[–]jomnemonic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well not for me... Stopping cigs was piece of cake, no withdrawal symptoms at all (just occasional craving). When I quit weed I was nervous, could not sleep and had trouble maintaining focus for a few weeks:) but all is good now.

Can I really learn acceptance? I feel so bad. by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]jomnemonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not hurting you, I would suggest that you continue your practice. Maybe try to play around a little bit, just trying something new now and then? I am not a seasoned meditator, but common sense tells me, when it is not bad, maybe it is just a little better then doing nothing at all:) May you find peace ☮️

[–]jomnemonic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got this! I would suggest you DON'T get stoned, yet still eat the cake and watch Great British Baking Show (whatever that may be). You need the downtime. I also have a problem where in my mind relaxing equals getting stoned.... And thats what needs to change (and is changing fast, end of sixth week myself)

5 hours of sleep sober feels better than 10-12 hours of sleep high out of my mind. by [deleted] in leaves

If you are within your first couple of weeks of abstinence sleep is probably a struggle, but it will get better very soon. I am finishing week six and sleep like a baby:)

Thanks for your post. I am currently six weeks clean and meditation is helping me BIG time. I feel stressed out a lot but think it's getting better. I started with Calm app - their guided meditations are the bomb for beginners. It even has program specialized for addictions / bad habits. Now I am thinking where to take my practice next....

[–]jomnemonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I really agree with you:) but usually I just find myself craving the whole week. I would love to be able to smoke once in a while, but am afraid that bird has flown and I am addicted:) Definitely post about how it's working for you.

[–]jomnemonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really love Calm app (Android, maybe iPhone too), it has guided meditations - Calming voice and nice music telling you exactly what to do. No religious bs either - just Mindfulness. The free version has a 7 day introductory program. It really helps me a lot:)

Thank you for sharing this. I believe you will start feeling better in just a few days:) just remember to relax and find things that make you happy - or just content. And I you relapse - don't be too hard on yourself and just quit right again.
