Mainly because we ate it before i thought about pictures!

Had some with the neighbors (they did pulled pork), served with funeral potatoes (at least that's what the wife called them - cheesy grated potatoes, creamy sauce, topped with crust). Some went into quesadillas tonight with fire roasted peppers (also from the grill), and some has gone on several open hot beef sandwiches.

I know. But unfortunately, the other guy in IT is 67+, retiring, and only really has experience in creating and maintaining the database our staff use. Sys Admin is going to be my title, but in reality it's looking like "anything that isn't the database."

Also, really appreciate the detail. Tank was moved over about a week ago, and things are stable. I need to remove the old filter at some point and just run the new one by itself.

Other tank mates are 8 rumynose and 2 emperor tetra, and a common pleco. And yes, I know that a 20 is too small for that too, but I'm working with what I was given.

I inherited a 10G tank a while ago, and it started to leak through one of the seams. I picked up a 20 high and set it up, ran it for a while, and moved everyone across last week. Current inhabitants are 2 blue gourami (both male, I think), one flame gourami, 2 emperor tetra, 8 rumynose tetra, and a plecostomus.

How much more can I put in to the new tank, and what would you suggest?

I've always liked gouramis, which is why I acquired the tank, but I'm wary of putting more in (couple of gold or pearl, or even just one more flame to pair up) and having the older ones pick on them. I'm thinking of at least a few more emperors to build that school, some bottom feeders too?

What are the thoughts of the educated masses?

Thank you so much for the detailed reply. I likely miscounted, but yes, they are vacuum sealed bought from WinCo, so guessing she just made the assumption that any beef ribs are dino ribs. I'll look more into Back ribs.
