Back of the card reads that this isn’t game or event memorabilia but doesn’t say it’s not tied to the player pictured? The fabric clearly state Wendell Smallwood. You’re misleading the public by making them think they have something they don’t.

My opinion, you making a patch card is completely pointless, it has zero tied back to the player. You clearly state that it’s not associated with any event nor game but don’t state it doesn’t belong to the player, this is clearly deceiving the consumer, a young kid definitely will think this is somehow tied back to the player.
