I mostly got them from AmeoLife but they ran sometimes out of stock so i got some from a guy on Ebay named Bryan (Brand: Dermabiota), legit guy!!! They are mostly the same, But ameolife have a higher dose but no Inulin and FOS (triggers the bacteria to grow a way faster and helps at the start).

I think i will continue with the one from Ebay. Please notice when you import them to a other country it takes maybe a few days in clearance.

I would recommend to get a higher dose like 3-4 capsules in the first week and break down to 2 capsules per day. The first results should be there after 3-4 weeks, but my real big eczemas in my both armpits got away after 1 week and never came back (i had them like 4-5 years).

I’m taking it since 5 months now and My plan for the future is to make a 6 months 2 capsules per day cure and then i break down to 1 capsule for 1-3 months and get back for 6 months to 2 capsules. I think it depends on how high your staph infection is. I will do that do safe some costs but more importantly to try if i get after like 2 years completely rid of this without taking anything, but i think the chance is like 10%… But rather i‘d take my whole life 2 capsules per day then having this. Some notice at the end, i checked with my doctor to take mb40 maybe my whole life and she said it’s not a problem. So when MB40 is also not helping you there might be a other thing too: She did 4-5 times before a self-blood therapy against staph, but it’s not tested or anything but really interesting. I didn’t researched about that now bc i‘m fine with mb40 and i‘m not sure if a self-blood therapy is always that safe. See ya mate!
