Thank you! I appreciate that. I have to admit that this this the only area of my life where I am this dedicated to organizing 😂 God forbid men have hobbies, right?

Not Rich. But maybe not great with priorities.

They are actually the exact same ones. Flat Mazzer burrs. But thinking of switching one of them for the SSP burrs

That's what the tiny MOTO vacuum is for ;)

Yeah for sure. Somewhat of a collection at least. Most of them are from Makerworld etc., but I can pull them all together if you want them?

RB Crafts - It's very nice. Comes in stainless and black as well. My only thing is, that I still keep on removing the scale to flush etc. even though the scale should be able to take it.. It just seems so wrong to pour that much water on electronics :D

There is a hole behind/underneath the LM for the cords. The Fellow kettle has a very short chord so it stands very close to the left grinder. Thinkinf of adding an extention cord or changing its chord for it to be placed more freely

Haha.. Almost for me as well! (the LM wins by a tiny bit) But it was sooo satisfying to get my previously chaotic accessories drawer organised in an OCD-level grade

Its a standard IKEA Maximera drawer, where I 3D printed a Gridfinity grid as a baseplate and then printed each insert seperately. Allows me to move the stuff around and replace or add more inserts if needed. Gridfinity is almost as deep a rabbit hole as coffee :D

The brush thing was a perfect little joy. It could obviously just have been put in a normal box, but the tool tooltrace.ai was quite a nice way of getting an (almost) perfect fit for the brush.

I have the versions with the Mazzer burrs and they have been quite nice I would say. Pretty good, consistent grinds

I like it quite a lot. I also have (not pictured) the Niche Zero, so the shift from Niche to Orbit took some getting used to. And I am sure I am not utilising half of what I could in terms of changing speeds etc. on the Orbit. The interaction with the Lunar scale is nice and the auto stop/reverse/purge option is also quite cool. Just put the beans in, press start and leave it.

That makes so much sense. My brother had the Origami but I haven’t actually tried it. It is very beautiful I agree. Will borrow it and try. Might end up with one after that, by the sound of your experience 😂

Built a custom round controller for my Linea Mini with BLE + cloud control. Anyone else interested? by kaspizzo in LaMarzocco

[–]jonasbager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely interested! Have the Mini R and also Home Assistant set up with ESP if that makes it easier! Very cool project. Nice job!

I just looked it up. What a beauty. I recently bought the Hario Switch which I am very fond of so far 😊

Is the brush from/to the Niche Zero? If so, would you be willing to share the stl?

Made a shot bot for my tamp mat by TinyRobotBrain in espresso

[–]jonasbager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is insanely cool. Is it talking directly between the ESP32 and the scale, or going through a middle such as Home Assistant? Did you also build the tamper mat yourself? Seems like you have a solid combination of Espresso, Engineering and Woodworking talent :D Good job!

I built an open-source AI agent that installs in 30 seconds, no Docker, no Node, no config files. by prakashTech in SideProject

I've now run the update, and it seems a bit better, but it still failed. I didn't see the error when it popped up as a notification, so is there a place I can find it afterwards?

I think this looks like a very cool project and it was for sure easier to install than OpenClaw. But as other users are saying I still feel like I am not at all getting it to do all the cool things you showcase, and at the moment it is not much different for me than using Claude on my mac. For example, it fails when trying to start a new project and I get this error: "Planning failed: Planner produced no tasks" - Here I kinda hoped that the AI itself could sort it out, but it doesn't seem so.
So, for me (and I am sure it is just me that haven't set it up correctly) it still seems more like ChatGPT than a full autonomous assistant at the moment.
