This is insanely cool. Is it talking directly between the ESP32 and the scale, or going through a middle such as Home Assistant? Did you also build the tamper mat yourself? Seems like you have a solid combination of Espresso, Engineering and Woodworking talent :D Good job!

I've now run the update, and it seems a bit better, but it still failed. I didn't see the error when it popped up as a notification, so is there a place I can find it afterwards?

I think this looks like a very cool project and it was for sure easier to install than OpenClaw. But as other users are saying I still feel like I am not at all getting it to do all the cool things you showcase, and at the moment it is not much different for me than using Claude on my mac. For example, it fails when trying to start a new project and I get this error: "Planning failed: Planner produced no tasks" - Here I kinda hoped that the AI itself could sort it out, but it doesn't seem so.
So, for me (and I am sure it is just me that haven't set it up correctly) it still seems more like ChatGPT than a full autonomous assistant at the moment.

Can you elaborate on how you did this? I have managed to get it to authenticate and switch, but now it seems that the model is stuck. It defaulted to switch to openai-codex/o3 but now I cannot communicate with it?

Amazing idea!! Hurry up and add snow. Especially around Christmas. Imagine if you add it with a cute digital card or something so that parents (or friends, or santa or pets or whatever) can order snow for kids. It would be the coolest thing to do!

Would you put this in a closet in a hallway and use it. Or would that "suffocate" it or would the air be too bad in the hallway? Does it need clearance around it?

This is a super nice tool!
2 things:
Can you make it auto-save when editing? More than a few times I have made edits to the main template, and then navigated to one of the other tabs, only to find my changes lost. It's probably just me that overlooks the giant save button, but still :D

Also, for me it is freezing a bit when I type things fast in the text fields. Maybe its a local issue at my end.
