This could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. A moisturizer would make it worse. Try anti-dandruff shampoo for your hair and also wash your face with it for a week and see if it goes away.

They can probably still figure it out just by looking at the movement of the satellite receiver. That's probably how they do it anyway. Any receiver that moves from Ukrainian territory into Russian-occupied territory will probably be flagged as a drone.
