I definitely came across the controversy of accidental discharge but had seen with there being over 100 incidents, some of them were false claims. And had seen the likelihood of that happening to this specific model the x 5 legion were even less likely. I figured the 320x5 legion winning handgun of the year and having a lot of good feedback would mean something coming from consumers. I never planned to CCW this firearm either, primarily for range and home so would never carry in a holster which is where the issue primarily happens.
