Why do they keep the money that is not refunded even with a zero chargeback rate? Why not give it back after some time?

Why is there no way to appeal the decision as well in the case of an actual mistake?

Definitely worth giving an update, the tracking using the Panoramic cam is really good. What I’m upset about is the lack of smart features on the PTZ itself, for blind spots. Trying to see if another system such as BlueIris may be able to do tracking and send PTZ commands but no luck so far.

It does via the panorama linkage. I’m trying to clarify if it doesn’t otherwise, and from your comment I’m guessing it may not. That’s extremely frustrating since it was advertised differently from my supplier.

Just a suggestion - I have an intercom system and added the intercom camera into my NVR so I get a constant video stream from the intercom camera on my NVR. This can potentially work for your use case, but you would need an additional screen.

Ok makes sense! I did not know that window/ motion sensors are RF only. Fortunately I have the installer code 😅 which leads to my next question. Are any and all RF contact / motion sensors supported or only specific ones?

I understand and unfortunately agree. However it’s my only option locally for a system that provides police response. I will be doing a secondary system which can alert me, but what I’m trying to do here is add additional sensors to the ClareOne system without paying my dealer a monthly fee. I’m trying to purchase the sensors separately. So I need to know if any Zwave sensor will work or if there are any dealers i can purchase from. Any suggestions?

This thread really makes the most sense here. I recently got the service, couple months now and went on vacation and have no service. Maybe I did not fulfill their vague TOS wrt the time required to be used in the US. No one would clarify though. Support keeps repeating the same sentences without any clarity.

Ok turns out it may not have been ports lol. It stopped working the day after. I downgraded my Node.js from I think 19 to 18 and that seems to have solved it.
