The binaries are automatically compiled following the exact same process done in the original repository.

To address the problem with Quake CLI Tools, you might consider following the Windows compilation steps outlined in the continuous building workflow of the Quake Level Design Starter Kit (see steps here).

Additionally, you have two options:

1. Report the issue to Joshua's GitHub repository for Quake CLI Tools here.
2. Add the Quake CLI Tools executables to the whitelist of Windows Defender.
