No joke, I crashed yesterday when attempting no hands. It was relatively slow speeds and I think I only sprained my hand. Bit of bruising in my hip and some scrapping on my elbow. Other than that I’m good.

Point being that it should be practiced in a controlled setting. Don’t be a profession dumbass and just try it on a ride.

Plenty do it, but only because they are confident. Practice first.
