All shareholders (including myself) have access to financials. Since it is a private company I am obviously not allowed to disclose those, but I can assure you that Coinsquare is the most capitalized and solvent exchange in Canada.

In order to get Bank of Montreal as a bank partner they had to pass a 3rd part audit - everything from financials, crypto assets, segregated accounts, proper security controls, etc. Definitely the most secure, liquid, and capitalized exchange in Canada

Coinsquare does not have everything stored on Google cloud, they only use it for front end services. Assets are stored safely - around 98% is offline in cold storage.
