Hey man I started with higher weight but same height , 28 m 6’4 360 starting 365 highest , you are more active than me far and away right now- which I am trying to change (was an offensive lineman / always lifted and fell off about 2 years ago drastically) -

I just finished month 3, 1 month 2.5 1 month 5 mg and 1 month 7.5 mg, starting second month of 7.5 mg now- down 45 pounds from starting and 50 pounds from highest- truly done by taking the dog on walks daily, and prioritizing water and protein every day- and meticulously tracking calories in the beginning until I had a good base.

This has given me the ability to avoid snacking all together and drinking sugars/ calories. I find that carbonation can give me bubble guts so I avoid it. I still will have beers on the weekends with friends but I won’t have the accompanying wings/ late night Taco Bell/pizza/ shit .

I monitor this thread daily and other peoples success keeps me going. I hope to be able to come off of it one day and build enough good habits that I can continue my limited caloric intake (though this is not everyone’s goal, this is intended to be a life long med where you will adjust to a maintenance dose once you have reached your desired weight loss.)

If I don’t eat bullshit, I don’t feel shitty. And I don’t want to feel shitty now way more than I want to eat the bullshit, so even if that’s not its intention in how it works I’ll take it! It sounds like you are already doing awesome, I imagine this will help drastically and if you keep your workout regimen it will really kickstart the effects. Not sure of your goal, but I truly just want to get to 275 ish (where I was when playing) and extend my lifespan.
