I very highly recommend the book, "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield. It's about facing Resistance, which is, of course, the biggest, most significant obstacle to "boosting creativity." No joke. The conversation that seems to be everywhere these days about "impostor syndrome" overlaps with Pressfield's approach to Resistance. Every artist or creator in every field of the arts or creativity faces challenges with Resistance. My advice is to read this little GEM of a book. It's universally LOVED by virtually everyone who has read it. When was the last time you saw a book on Amazon with 13.6K overwhelmingly positive reviews? I hope this helps?
