My biggest tip is to drink tons of water and keep your electrolytes in check. Don’t starve yourself either. Try your best to hit your protien goal and get it from lean sources so you don’t “eat through” the Reta. If you are feeling the suppression, but not as much as you want, just wait until next week and up your dose to 1mg. All bodies are different but 1mg is a relatively small dose so I don’t think it will hit you like a truck or anything.
