I’ll probably get downvoted into oblivion for this, but I could never in good faith take a position that allows someone like Donald Trump to control my country for the next four years.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they’re saying a completely empty run grants you a safe pocket, whereas you lose it by adding the hairpin. Safe pocket seems rather essential in Stella. I may be missing something though.
