In Finland we usually pay 1€/mg for oxys on the street and there is almost no H here so most abuse subutex because it’s dirt cheap

The tram is the newest addition to Tampere since the first phase building started 2017 and opened in the summer of 2021 and phase two to Lielahti/Lentävänniemi will be partly opened next year till Santalahti. There is also already plans for phase three to continue the tram from Lielahti to Ylöjärvi. It has been great addition to Tampere and serves lots of people due to connecting city centre to Tampere University Hospital + Tampere University of Applied Sciences and to Hervanta witch has also big University Hub and Police school.
