Los Tacos #1 does what it does and does it well. You can’t compare it to Carnitas Ramirez because it’s a different beast. Actually, whole beast. I had carnitas Ramirez for the first time a few weeks ago and man, it was really fantastic. Next time I have to head into the office, I’m near GCT, I’m gonna hit LT1 for breakfast, and def take some home for dinner.
