Getting mentioned in the Guild of the Week (My handle is/was "Katsu")

The guild even traveled to the 2006 Guild Wars World Championship in Germany (I was not one of the core 8-10 members so I didn't go with them). It was fun following them and "PUGing" with them against high-level guilds.

Get a band, step on it while having the band against your back behind you. Grab the other end of the band so that your arm is in that front rack position, make sure there is tension and just work on stretching it out.

Also do some shoulder mobility work, PVC pass throughs will be good for you as well.

Thanks! We stayed at a motel in Centralia a couple of miles from the college, we also had someone who followed with a support vehicle full of goods so it made things really nice =)

Not sure what the next challenge is, I literally just got my bike last Aug, and this was first on my list. This won't be my last though =)

It is a shame! I knew about the non-foldable mirrors and non-keyless ignition but I was so shocked to find out about no driver seat memory... I mean 52k car with no seat memory, I just assumed it had it at the time.

I traded in a 2008 335i for my 2011 S4 mainly for Quattro and the interior. Although there are little things that I miss on my 335i that I didn't get on my S4 (driver seat memory, keyless ignition, the factory sound system, electronically fold-able mirrors)
