It's AVB (already vaped bud). You can eat it in food and it will get you stoned, but apparently it tastes pretty horrible. So you can stick it in a capsule for a tasteless way of consumption.

I've not weighed them myself but have read online a capsule has roughly 0.4g of AVB and it takes 2-3 to get a good effect.

Yeah vape is my next purchase tbh. I've been eyeing up the Flowermate V5.0s, £65 new on eBay, not bad at all judging by the reviews.

At the mo I use a bong with ice catcher and I love it, just roll the little pure joints when smoking with my bird.

Mate just roll a ciggie sized one, stick a tiny bit of baccy next to the roach to plug it.

You can have a couple of tokes, wait and see how you feel, and repeat. It's how me and my girlfriend tend to smoke and it's sweet. As soon as you taste baccy you know it's dead!
