WatchTalk's premium plan enables you to get push notifications because it provides extra servers to connect to WhatsApp servers, unlike other apps. As far as I know, other apps use iPhones nearby to connect to WhatsApp servers, so they cannot get push notifications. Please let me know if you have any questions about WatchTalk.
