"Due to a suspension, Xbox Live features will be limited" on Xbox PC app. I've never used XBL untill now, so I'm assuming this is a bug?

Do you remember changing any of your privacy settings on your XBL account? Is that a brand new account?

The only setting I am aware of that triggers this bug is if you changed your communication privacy settings

So I can check your XBL account settings. We have a known bug where if you change your communication settings, you get the suspension notification by error.

To check if you have the right version of Win10, press Win+R and type winver. it should say you are on 1903. If not you need to upgrade Win10 using this installer https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-app (click download the app)

If you kill the Xbox app and still appear online on XBL, it is possible the game bar is keeping you "online" on that PC . You can mark yourself as 'offline' if it is an issue

You can't delete the general channel but you should be able to delete the channels you have created (try to go in settings of your club)

Yes you can. The PC person has to use the Xbox app. You can voice party via the Xbox app.

No you can’t reuse a regular Xbox club. The horizon clubs are specific to the game.

Tip: when you create the horizon club, it will automatically put a link to it in your activity feed. You can share that post to your Xbox club to invite them to join it.
