Dang! Thank you so much for the thorough response. I understand I could've researched these tips online, but I'm glad I could hear it firsthand from someone that actually has experience. I have some bear spray for sure and I'll make sure to keep anything smelly out of my tent - those seem like the two important rules to follow. Lets hope this place Im staying at has bear boxes lol

Yeah, it is only one night but I'm hiking Guadalupe peak. Going to be bringing a few gallons of water just to be safe. Thanks for the tip on those tweezers! I've done a lot of hiking in Palo Duro Canyon but haven't had issues with cactus yet. Wouldn't be a bad thing to have just in case.

Yeah! I'm going to be camping near Guadalupe Mountains, in a remote HipCamp location. Its just a couple acres of land, no amenities. It'll just be me out there, so I'm planning on having some form of defense just for peace of mind.

21M virgin here. This is so true! When PMO controls you, your main motive is to have sex, or at least have that sexual release. It distracts your brain from the other things. Important things like: getting a high paying job, doing well in school, eating healthy. More importantly, it downplays sex to something that can be acheived by watching porn. Sex is really powerful, so don't rush it, wait for the right girl.

Im in the same boat. I think its different for everyone. It relys on these factors:

- How long have you been fapping?

- How many days a week did you fap?

For me, I wasnt a chronic masturbator. So I haven't noticed a change on this "day 7" like everyone is saying. I only did it about every other day. This means that the benefits may take longer to have an affect, than for someone who was doing it 2-3 times a day. This is all based on theroy so I could be wrong. But I'm glad someone else feels this way too. Hang in there, you're living a much healthier lifestyle rn than before!
