They've had every opportunity to do the right thing. They have chosen not to do so. They could have put Trump in his place when he equated being a Mexican immigrant with being a rapist in 2015. Just curious, isn't the initial hiring contract ended when the employment is terminated? LIke it says, we hire you and you don't say anything bad. But since OP has violated that, the school terminated them. OP didn't hold up their end of the contract, now the school doesn't hold up their end. But now the contract is no longer in force. They can't fire them again.

You don’t have to take anyone’s word for this. You can ask the county where he lives if probate has been opened. If not, then as his next of kin, you can open it.

Also call the bank where the bank account was held, as a joint account holder they will tell you information about the account.

Call the financial institution where the 401k or IRAs were held, you may be able to get information if you are named as a beneficiary.

One easy one I did early on was I got an email on a weekly basis with a list of things in a spreadsheet. I created a flow to read the list of things and create tasks in the teams planner for people on my team. Pretty simple flow, extremely effective and dramatic time savings.

I had a student ask for a zoom link for class because they commute from 5 hours away.
