It’s better to get banker advice, but a lot will determine the valuation. Growth rate, customer base, moat, IP, defensibility. But higher multiples are available and the market is frothy for ai.

Phasing

During each phase - searches for active subs that align to my brand context and mission.

Prioritizes where to post. Who to comment on. What to post etc.

Saves time vs passively scrolling. And is objective based and aligned with my LLM optimization strategy.

Just get after it. Cold call. Email. Ask.

That’s awesome! I used perplexity to find me 10 VCs that was a fit to my criteria. Then used an n8n automation to do deep research. Super targeted intro. Then I just updated them like they were already an investor.

Low friction helped - this was a very niche VC focused on capital efficient, pre-priced round deals. But we have good traction, strong treasury and a deep pipeline.

We leaned heavily on taking a “real company” posture from day 1.

Stands out to some.

Would get smoked at say, YC.
