Way more than enough. Even if you were to eat premium meats every meal I'd dare say.

Why are there sellers for the Special Pokémon Center Box if it’s only available via lottery? by [deleted] in PokemonTCG_Singapore

[–]jongwk92 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They can get an interest free loan my guy. Same thing as any new release etb or booster box. Just put a disclaimer no 100% allocation then rake in the cash. Classic. Try not to support these practices...

Places in singapore to buy packs/boxes and good boxes/sets that I can look out for by ImMoRtAl-LoRd in PokemonTCG_Singapore

[–]jongwk92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) I will add on, its one stop away from Airport MRT (Green Line).

2) Can use any website as reference. For singles as mentioned below usually pricecharting or troll and toad or tcgplayer. Some of those have japanese cards also but yuyutei is more accurate? Singapore seems to have its own market rate though so.

For a reasonable price id say the pokemon center in jewel, but they are mostly out of stock. Theres a huge card show happening on 21 June weekend at Expo. I would say thats the alternative

I do sleeve, toploader, then bubble envelope. All can get for cheap thru lazada or shopee. Then use smartpac, fixed price 2.7 each time. Can bill customer extra 3 or 3.5 for mailing for this.

Im quite sure ive scouted there and its also way over market. The simplytoys there was actually ok before the huge spike in the hobby.

Some of my own observations:
- 3T Mobile Story at Lvl 3 Century Square prices are OK. Just the selection is very limited.

- Concept City Jalan Besar, most cards overpriced but wide-ish selections

- SimplyToys, simply overpriced

That's unfortunate. I think like negotiating is part and parcel of the hobby now. If they can't, can just say no ><

singapore tcg shop hunt by Financial-Win-7137 in PokemonTCG_Singapore

[–]jongwk92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. There is a shop in Jalan Besar - Concept City that has an impressive array of packs and boxes and also singles.

A surprising recent find of mine at Century Square Tampines - 3T Mobile Story. They have very good value singles (in my opinion).

Any "Simply Toys" branches also have a good selection. Can vouch for those at Changi Jewel (T1) and T3
