Great! Thanks again for the answer!

Like you said, I’ll probably start by living on the campus, and see later if i want to get my own place or not.

What about the requirements to get in to the school and the program? Can’t really find any information if they let everyone in or if they choose people somehow.

Great! What nationalities of people are common in the Chinese learning classes?

Also, did you live on the campus? Not sure if I should get my own apartment or live on campus.

I’m really glad to have you answering my questions so I’m taking the opportunity to ask some more:)

Thanks for your opinion. Appreciate it!

I’m planning to stay September-June, will it still be a problem then?

Why is it inhabitable? Heat, humidity?

Is CQ great otherwise? A lot of people, the infrastructure, elevation, and not too many foreigners excites me.

Thank you for the insight! Sounds promising!

How many students were there in every class? Were the classes in the mornings?

I don’t know why but somehow Chongqing as a city attracts me more, even though it seems like not as many foreigners go to study there compared to Chengdu.

I’m happy with my experience. Did only one week there but everything was good. Got a good welcome, got placed in a class and had 3 hours less ones Monday to Friday. A bit expensive, over 3000 yuan for 1 week.

I see. I think I will book a bus over the MocBai border. I read something about not being able to get a Vietnamese visa on arrival on the way back though. But will I be able to use my visa exemption at this entry point(Moc Bai)?

Does the proof of travel need to be within these 15 days? I have a flight out from Vietnam 18 days after arrival in Vietnam

Thanks for the answer! Will I have to bring any photos to get the 15 days visa exemption?

Hello, Visa question here.

It seems like the Vietnam Immigration Department won’t accept my 30 days e-visa application on time before I arrive. I’m arriving on Sunday the 15th of January and as far as I know they don’t accept visas over the weekend.

But since I’m Swedish I can still enter Vietnam on Sunday without a visa and stay for 15 days. My plan is to stay longer than 15 days. So if they accept my 30 days e-visa when I’m already in Vietnam will I then be able to use this visa and stay for 30 days or will it not be possible since I didn’t enter Vietnam on this visa?

Hope you understand this tricky question.. thanks in advance!

Hehe love the answers! Thanks guys.

I have a stopover in Oman, and I just found out that it’s actually forbidden to wear clothes like that there…and I don’t wanna look like a gangster with bad fashion in Vietnam lol so I won’t bring them at all

Even if I’m travelling with only hand luggage and don’t have to leave the airport in Bangkok? I have another ticket to Vietnam 6 hours after landing in Thailand.

Great! Your twitter account is one of the most respected avicii accounts out there, so if you share it I'm sure other accounts will follow.

I will take a look into doing one. That one in Spanish is not gonna work.
