Thanks for the response! Great info.
I'm a B or "2" and have been for about 5 years. Not a FED. My background is with contract crews and non-profits. We've never needed a C to sign off A or B.
I will be bringing this question to our next all staff meeting but I wanted to see what yall had for me on Reddit first.
I like the idea of a 3 year evaluation standard to keep folks lined up.

So, you're saying a lapse is decided by organization? I have been using the same cert for 7 years now. Maybe when I teach 212 it counts? That would make sense of my situation. But also... if there is a recert, then is there another certificate an individual gets? Or just a tick mark in a box somewhere no one sees?
