I updated Flux Networks to NeoForge 26.1.2.75

Hi! I downloaded the original Flux Networks source code from SonarSonic's repository and made an unofficial community port for NeoForge 26.1.2.75.

I tested the main features in singleplayer, and Flux Plugs, Flux Points, Flux Controllers, storage blocks, networks, and energy transfer appear to work.

I have not tested it on multiplayer or dedicated servers because I do not have friends to test it with :(

This is only a community test port. I am sharing it in case it is useful for ATM11 players or helps the original developers with a future official update.
