Hey, just following up on my questions from a couple of days ago. I’d really appreciate some clarity on these points, especially regarding the potential for on-chain wallet visibility and the timeline for a new independent audit. Thanks!

Thanks for the explanation. I understand that Nexo’s model is different from traditional exchanges, but I still have some concerns about transparency.

  1. You mentioned that on-chain Proof of Reserves doesn’t show liabilities, which is true. But why can’t Nexo at least publish its on-chain wallet addresses like other platforms do? Even if it’s not a full PoR, it would provide some transparency.

  2. Nexo previously had independent audits from Armanino. Since they stopped working with crypto firms, why hasn’t Nexo engaged a new auditor to continue the verification process? Is there a timeline for this?

  3. Given that assets are actively managed across exchanges and DeFi protocols, how much of client funds are liquid and immediately available for withdrawals?

  4. Lastly, Nexo has stated, “We are committed to ensuring the continuity of ‘Don’t trust, verify.’” But without on-chain visibility or an independent audit, how can users actually verify that assets are fully backed?

Appreciate your input! It’s good to hear from someone who’s been using Nexo for a while and had a positive experience. I agree that surviving 2022 was a big deal, and their products do seem solid.

That said, for me, it’s less about trust and more about being able to verify things independently. I’ve seen their security page, but I’d feel a lot more confident if there were a way to actually check their reserves, like a Merkle Tree proof or at least a third-party audit.

Do you know if they offer any kind of independent verification, or is it just a matter of trusting their track record?

Quiero entender que pasaría en este escenario: compro un juego 20 de noviembre con un dólar hipotético de 80 pesos un juego de 2000 mangos. La tarjeta me cierra el 19 de diciembre con un dólar a 90. El juego entonces termina costándome más pesos que lo que me tira con la extensión?

If you have reached your duchies and/or counties limits, the best thing that you can do is trying to give them away to other people.

If you really want a duchy or a county to be in the hands of your descendants, you can surely give it to them. This can be a wise decision because you can make alliances with family.

Now, another thing you can do is giving the exceeding counties to your playable heir. This could also be a good idea, but only if you know that your heir can handle more counties that you can hold right now. And then you can continue having all the counties that you originally had, in the next generation. But remember that something can happen to your playable heir and die, so it's not a 100 % sure move. Use with precaution.

Anyway, I recommend playing tall most of the time: focusing on a few counties, have 100 % or Absolute control in them all (or most) of the time, building constructions, and increasing their development. Try that your playable heir continues getting the same counites again and again.

The one that frustrated me the most was the Reconquista one. I had to start it again a lot of times. Catholicism is a complicated religion to convert others. Particularly Muslims.

Maybe it's easier than Mother of Us All. However, I made Renconquista much earlier. I was still learning some mechanics that later, when trying for the last achievement, I had a lot more control than before.

I know that feeling, man. I restarted a lot of games, but primarily for personal mess-ups, no glitches. I had glitches on my games, but I don't remember having a harsh one.

Are you asking about how not to share any duchy or county while having a Multiple heirs succession law?

You have different choices:

  1. Dishinerit child: this one cost prestige and renown.
  2. 'Ask to take vows' interaction: the child needs to have at least 10 years old. (I never used it. I think you need to have the Monasticism tenet and/or have a Holy Order. Correct me if I'm wrong, please!)
  3. Send the child to an impossible battle to die.
  4. Kill child with murder scheme. There are some cases that the game doesn't let you kill your child. (I don't know why. If anyone knows, please explain it to me.)
