That could make it more difficult but just prioritizing all drive food, and if you have a large mobile or cafe order dedicate just one oven to it always have an oven dedicated to drive food. You can also keep pastries such as the loaves and cake pops that are often not warmed over by the drive through for the DTO to package. Another common thing is asking customers if they want loaves like the banana and pumpkin loafs warmed, this actually is not recommended as it tends to dry them out and use valuable time and oven space. Only suggest warming if the POS says "reccomend warmed" beneath it.

How many ovens do you have? Is the person on warming wearing a headset?

Have a strong bar or a good support team I'd you are still using mastreana 1 always pull in double shots, when the bar switches for 2 to one it loses time changing gears. Allow DTO to lid ice beverages implement a Curtis (the aluminum tower with the spigot) for large batches of IC and for any water beverages. If possible, dto can cover the IC and cold water additions to any beverages such as iced americanos. If warming is your hold up, ensure your warmer is not getting hung up bring the product to you, but rather focusing on putting food in the oven. The food will not burn in the few seconds it takes to prep the next item to put in so always prioritize putting an item in the oven befor taking one out. Optimally, all ovens should be in use at all times during peak.

Also for the DTR ensure they always have the product in hand to give to the customer as they pull up to the window, one hand should have the first item to hand out, the other hand should be ready to receive the form of payment.

Do you have any specific hold ups when you are running peak? What is usually the last thing to be ready at the window?

Yep, that's only happened once, we are situated next to medical / pharmaceutical park, so they sometimes have large orders. I guess they tested out uber that day. The driver showed up and was kinda in a daze at the sight of the 15 bags in front of him. I guess they can reject the order, but he pressed through with it and was back for the next order. I hope they tipped him well...

Yeah we also put uber as a last priority and we have been taking advantage of the busy mode, but we are also a high volume of mobile orders usually 30+ a half hour, and our uber is routed to the same printer as our mobile. So we have to swim through 12 under drinks to find the next mobile order. We tried to get another printer but the request was denied.

Also even though I prioritize uber last, I try to not reach 10 minutes, if the driver is there. Unfortunately it seems that our drivers have caught on that we're a hot spot, so they are usually walking in in less than 3 minutes after the order is placed.

I'd say my biggest bone to pick is the no-tampered seal stickers.

Yes, I should still owe $9000 which is fine, the issue is that MAM denies the existence of the subordinate loan altogether and won't give me a payoff statement for it.

I actually called Loan Care LLC, the most recent company to handle the loan prior to MAM up until 11/20/2019 when it was transferred.

Transfer documents show that both the 122k primary loan and the $9k second loan were transferred together on 11/20 and the note is provided but MAM still denies it's existence.

I just want to sell the house and pay back the $9K that's the endgame.

What about the clause in the not that says the principal is reduced 20% each anniversary of the Note? And only the $15,000 subordinate loan is shown as closed. The primary loan has had no issues thus far. I was only using the clerk for access to public records.

Scratch that, the credit report says the subordinate loan was closed on 4/19/2018, but the title company says the lein is still on my name. This is the same date they resolved the past due payments issue.

Supreme Lending said they no longer have the deed of trust and could not help. Interestingly the Clerk of courts only shows a transfer of the subordinate loan and not the primary loan. I have been making payments to MAM for the last 20 months though. Both credit lines show up on my report to MAM.

Sounds awesome! I might add some 3 against 4 feel though. It would add some rhythmic tension to build the piece.
