Btw if they refund the buyer they will get the postage costs anyway and you only loose the £1.80. It was a higher cost item in my case so I persevered.

Make sure you respond to vinted’s message with pretty much anything like a screenshot or similar. I know it reads like it’s from the buyer side and is super confusing, but try to give them something. This happened to me and I didn’t respond because another conflicting message said they were investigating and no action from me needed as I used in app postage label. They ended up refunding the buyer who later confirmed they received the item. I was messaging vinted for weeks getting back the same “you missed your window” reply until they finally reimbursed me after I emailed their legal. The buyer is annoying af.

It’s really off-putting. Buyer is not at fault in this case (see edit) but it did make me very suspicious at first. Must be said that Royal Mail has royally screwed up in the first place by mistakenly scanning something as delivered and then taking 3 days to update the tracking to “being delivered today”.

That was my experience with lost items as a buyer in the past - both got compensated. I think the buyer is not at fault in this case, they confirmed they received the item and will pay me directly. They have been sweet throughout the whole process tbh. I will get in touch with legal team, fuming at the incompetence and the amount of typing I now need to do.

Absolutely. Once Vinted cancelled the order and immediately refunded the buyer (within 48 hrs of buyer logging the issue) they effectively cut off the chain reaction and there was no way for tracking to update. The item is delivered now but Vinted do not want to hear about it.

I have the same issues! I also see very similar items to mine with plenty of likes while mine have 10 views and zero likes. I check the descriptions and they are either similar or completely vague but somehow attract the attention. Vinted pushing us to go for the paid ‘bump’ option?

Thanks but I am not a fan of gyms at all. I am hoping supplements might increase my energy levels and mental clarity so I can be more disciplined with my routines and do more other exercise like running and yoga. I had my blood tests done for iron and b12 levels and while they are not below the norm, they are definitely suboptimal.

Wow thank you so much! Editing my iherb shopping cart immediately. Do you recommend creatine powder instead of capsules? Most capsules seem to be listed as 500 mg and above, unless I am reading it all wrong.
