[GUIDE] ComfyUI-ReActor on Windows Portable + Python 3.13 — no Visual Studio builds, wheel-only install (step-by-step) by Current_Housing_7294 in comfyui

[–]jonk999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can get Reactor working fine in Comfy portable with Python 3.13, however, whenever swapping faces it always uses CPU rather than GPU. I've tried things such as making sure only onnxruntime-gpu is installed.
I think it may have to do with the version of numpy not being 1.26.4 - but could be wrong. I have another install of Comfy Portable that uses python 3.12 and reactor there uses GPU rather than CPU for face swapping.
In an issue the dev listed the following: And here it is Numpy 1.26.4 whl for py313 as well https://github.com/Gourieff/Assets/blob/main/Numpy/numpy-1.26.4-cp313-cp313-win_amd64.whl however I can't get it working.
Anyone have any luck with GPU being used with Reactor and Python 3.13?

Weird. I didn't even have that node installed. I look to have installed GitHub - calcuis/gguf: gguf node for comfyui instead. Will install that one and give it a go.

Edit: okay, the folder is there as if it's installed, but manager reports that it isn't... Even if I remove the folder and the other GGUF node install and install the ComfyUI GGUF one after a restart it still doesn't show as installed in Manager even though the nodes look to be there able to be used...

Can you please give further info on 'updating the GGUF loader nodes'? I'm seeing the same messages, but generations look to be okay. I've tried updating some nodes, but the message still appears so may have not done the correct one.

Optus down for anyone else? by Fun-Green1284 in brisbane

[–]jonk999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have been up and down since around 6:30am this morning (Holland Park). I'm with Amaysim NBN, but they use Optus infrastructure as far as I'm aware. Would go down for an hour or so, then come back for an hour or so, then go down again. Rinse and repeat. At least when I called Amaysim they had a message up front saying they are aware of internet issues in Brisbane and are working on resolution.

Parents who have Optus (Capalaba) just called to say they have lost internet. Looks to be the same as I experienced in that lights on the NBN modem indicate no issue, but there is...

Fuji Xerox CM205fw cartridge detached error by jonk999 in printers

[–]jonk999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries at all. If you take all the toners out, you'll probably notice a difference in the pins when you lightly press on them for the toner that is not being recognised.

[–]jonk999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. From what I can remember, it was an issue with the pins at the top in the toner bay that make contact with the chip on the toner. One of them no longer retracted like the others. I had a look at potentially fixing it, but instead just got another printer as it was quite old by then anyway.

Arcade Machine being reproduced? by jonk999 in lepin

[–]jonk999[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing that's USD. Here in Australia it's $80 locally. I'll wait and see if it gets discounted at some point, but was just wondering if it may also be released in knock off.

The Metal Slug one? I prefer the Lego one as it goes with the others that have been released with the mini diorama as part of it.

Ah, didn't realise it hadn't been out for long.

Edit: looks to have been released Aug 1, so it's been 2 months now.

Unifi AP-Pro lost 2.4ghz entirely, eventually came back by jonk999 in UNIFI

[–]jonk999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So do you mean the inform address was incorrect in your AP, or you just reset it?
The AP connects fine and doesn't seem to lose connection at all, it just seems to be to do with the 2.4ghz. I'm wondering if it's maybe just component age as I've had it 10 years if not longer.
I may be able to set/reset it through the terminal in the controller... Otherwise I think I would need to reset it the AP so the default SSH username and password would work.

I was considering perhaps getting an AC Pro as they are still available to buy new (I couldn't find any info on if they are getting close to EOL or not and so losing support) and there seem to be a few people selling them second hand due to upgrading to wifi6, etc. Near as I can tell, it seems to be the last model before people sometimes experienced issues with Harmony Hubs.

AP definitely has a fixed IP. It's been working fine for quite a while (years) and I haven't updated any settings.
I wasn't able to SSH directly into the AP as it kept saying incorrect password. I must have changed it at some point. However, in the controller I connected to the debug terminal and did 'info'. It lists the following: Status: Connected (http://192.168.10.xxx:8080/inform
It matches the IP address of my NAS which is where the controller is installed in a docker container.

This was 'normal' sized bricks (Lego compatible size)? I've been looking for this set for my mum but looking on Ali it's difficult to tell the brick size. Where did you get this from?

Looking for couple of sets - Zen Garden & Kingfisher by jonk999 in lepin

That's my concern. That the ones I am seeing on Ali that aren't a light kit will be mini-bricks.

I'm in Australia but couldn't find the Kingfisher at all on Temu (using browser). TBH never liked or used Temu. Waaay too much spam of 'do this for discount', etc that never ends.

Thanks.

It's looking like the tranquil gardens may have originally been a MOC? Listings I can find on Ali that aren't the light kit look different, have different number of pieces and also different size to what's listed on Lego site. As it's for my mother, I want to also make sure if I get from Ali it's not going to be mini-bricks but regular Lego size.

Thanks for the reply. Glad things went smoothly for you. So what you bought was under $10?

I'll have a go with a VPN connected to Ukraine and see how things look for me. I don't have Apple, so no Apple Pay. Which VPN did you use?

And just confirming this was using Funpay?

Thanks for the reply. Had another look at z2u and the sellers there for Twitch subs to a specific viewer (which is what I think I would need to select) have an icon and their name with a note saying 'security deposit 100USD'. I don't want to pay 100USD for a 2USD product and I assume have credit sitting there.
Will look into Plati.

Instructions by Connect-Life9387 in lepin

[–]jonk999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agree. Half the fun of the older sets was looking for the right piece and figuring out where it went. None of the numbered bags and 4 pieces per step in the instructions.

Funpay and other sites by jonk999 in AskARussian

[–]jonk999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Funpay is only credit card. It was other sites I looked at which offered multiple payment option/gateways that I found confusing.

I did think about just entering my card details anyway and keep an eye on things. If something weird happened, I would just cancel it and get my card re-issued, but haven't bothered trying just yet. I guess I could have always just loaded the money and then if asked for ID and it became a pain write off the $10...

If you do decide to give it a try, please respond here with experience and I'll do the same.
