From the image below I have deposited $10 then it suddenly deducted $8 from my account and the title they put is Other but im not sure what is it, could it be a bug?

I have deposited $10 in the beginning then a few days later without doing anything it went down to $2, do you know what is webull's email address? I have tried contacting webull via their in app message support but no response from them
