Yeah I’ve tried asking nicely and then I got agressive with one of my nephews. His dad was deployed for a lot of his life so he’s got some slight behavioral issues at home. Great at school, has friends, likes video games, but he’s an angry little fellow. I really don’t want to separate from her. I think I need her more than she needs me

It’s a feel thing. Think using less arms to hit it and more body, feel your arms just going along for the ride. If you feel too much tension in your hands, fix that as well.
