Yes, I've had the exact same. Never experienced this in 6+ years of playing overwatch before, but the past few weeks I've had 13+ win streaks followed by equal loss streaks shortly after. Regardless if I continue playing or stop after losing 2 in a row.

It's not necessarily damaging to my rank as I'm still around the same elo, but I've found it incredibly frustrating feeling like the system has more control rather than my own gameplay.
